Playtech and SegaGames have confirmed an offer to collaborate on developing new games for online casinos while using Playtech software. The agreement continues to be common knowledge because the EIG exhibition in Copenhagen last October. A representative from Playtech said in a statement the reason is agreement has been SegaGames Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of gaming entertainment giant SEGA Corporation, use a range of its online products within SEGA Games' online gambling platforms. The announcement occurs the heels of the statement from software provider CTXM earlier today, containing also agreed to provide games to SegaGaming. Under the terms of the Playtech licence agreement, SegaGames Limited will give you a full suite of premier online based poker and football games replay online casino games developed and designed in collaboration with Sega's Research and Development team and Playtech designers. The software showcases most of Sega's proprietary IP including Virtua Fighter, House from the Dead, Phantasy Star and Nights, with many different other online casino games. A SegaGames Ltd. spokesman commented: "Playtech solutions in addition to our proprietary SEGAPass technology offers us the opportunity to provide an innovative, new on the web experience to our players and give you the SEGA experience to people in the same manner they've enjoyed for years." Mor Weizer, CEO of Playtech said "With our integrated platform and enhanced games suite, we feel that we've given [SegaGames] the equipment to expand their product offering, provide a secure and safe gaming experience, and ultimately bring greater value towards the SEGA community."
